ha ha ha. it may not look that high but when you are climbing those stairs it can be quite brutal on the thighs. nice shot from the inside.
Yeah, brutal is the appropriate word. It's all worth it though, don't you think? Thanks for dropping by, dude.
| I really really hate looking at your pics...
cos, it only makes me crazy~~~ even daytime dreaming to go!!! :~~~(
I wana go there!! |
You will hate this even more, but I am going again next year. Feel free to tag along; I can be your guide! =)
...and you have been inspired to chase the birds? *rofl*
When I visited Italy, I did not get to see Pompei. Did you hear about the movie special they had on TV about it recently? Sayang hindi ko rin napanood... Did you get to to tour the Amalfi Drive? How about Capri and Ana Capri? I remember the Blue Grotto... it was soooo beautiful!
Pompei was phenomenal. It was so surreal to be in those ruins. But I did not se the TV show; I hardly have any time to watch TV. =) But geee.. am I jealous that you went to Capri, that is still one of the places that I really, really want to visit. Maybe next time I go, I'll head south... and hit Capri.
kainngit, baka gusto nyo ng official photographer sa trip nyo... willing ako...
Sure! Hahahahaa... ano ba yan, we are not even official online buddies yet, tapos isasama na kita sa europe. parang weird yata yan. Heheheheee.
wow! what are these two columns for? ruins ba ito?
Yup, those are ruins of a Temple in Assos, which is part of Turkey... a temple of Athena... quite a fabulous site, coz it's on top of a mountain. You have to walk up to there... narrow cobblestone roads... and when you get there you see a vast space... with a view of the sea and plains.. was really awesome.
Temple of Athena, huh? Goddess of Knowledge and War nga ba sya? She's one chick I'm willing to worship :)
She's the Goddess of Civilization... special crafts baga... heheheheee... war, tactics, intelligence... ang estatwa nya parang lalaki rin, medyo masculine ang presentation... naka-helmet, you know what i mean. :)
