Description:
It's light, it's flavorful, it's healthy, and it's easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
Mixed greens, chopped
Walnuts, crushed
Pecans, crushed
Pitted dried cherries
Balsamic vinaigrette
Mango essence (optional, but highly recommended)
Black olives, as garnishing


Directions:
Chop the greens in order to mix them more eloquently.
Mix all the nuts and the cherries with the greens.
Bind together with balsamic vinaigrette and mango essence.
Refrigerate.
Top with olives and serve in small portions.

That sure is a delicacy I will try very soon. Thank you Sunny. I can omit the pecans, can´t I? And instead of dried cherries, perhaps frozen blueberries? And mango essence, that must be rare. But it´s good to know this exists.

Ohh.. yeah, in fact i have another salad recipe that has dried blueberries; those are excellent substitutes. Why not pecans? They're good. Oh well... yeah, you can take out the pecans, if you're not that nutty. =)

no, I like nuts so much, only, I would just love to enjoy pecans pure, and substitute it with some other softer nuts in the salad.
