Description:
if you love fruits bound together in rich, flavorful cream, this is your dessert! It offers a tropical sensation and there is room for creativity because you can choose the kind of fruits you want to mix in.

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 can condensed milk
3 sachets knox unflavored gelatin
1 cup granulated sugar
8 eggs
pinch of cream of tartar
Choice slices of fruits

Directions:
MIXTURE 1: Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Put cream of tartar on the egg whites. Beat the egg white and add 1 cup of sugar. continue beating until the mixture is stiff. Se aside.

MIXTURE 2: Cook butter, egg yolks and condensed milk together until creamy. Set aside.

MIXTURE 3: Dissolve the knox on tap water. Heat until fully dissolved.

FINAL MIXTURE: Mix together Mixtures 2 and 3 while still hot, and pour into Mixture 1. Continue to stir. (The heat of the Mixture will allow the egg white of Mixture one to bind and cook.) Layer the Mixture with fruits. Chill before serving.
