Description:
Here is one very simple recipe that can hit big for tuna lovers, or for not-so-strict-vegans, or even for those who just watch their cholesterol. It's very easy to prepare!

Ingredients:
spaghetti noddles
desired amount of canned tuna, blanched or pre-cooked in brine.
oregano
olive oil
2 spoons chopped green olives
ground pepper

Directions:
Boil the spaghetti noodles in water and add a spoon of olive oil.
Keep it boiling until relatively aldente (cooked but not smooshy).
Drain and put on a deep pasta bowl. Pour olive oil generously and mix well.

Put the noodles on a serving bowl and top with chunks of tuna.
Sprinkle the top with oregano, chopped olives and ground pepper.
Serve while hot.

I am a food enthusiast (and if my family were to be believed, a good cook, too) so I dove head on to your recipe files...I enjoyed myself imagining the taste of the dishes you shared. I was particularly taken by your version of tuna spaghetti because after a lifetime of living in the Eternal City, I have come to realize that the simplest pasta dishes are those that really satisfy. Now I have an alternative to my usual tuna pasta with tomato sauce, thanks to you!

It is heartening to know someone who has not succumbed to the allure of fast food USA

Uhhh... I don't know how i missed this message back in August, so I'm sorry, I am responding very, very late. I hope the pasta is working well. I have several new experimentations on some dishes I want to share, but I have not found time to share them. Hopefully soon. Enjoy, and eat healthy always!!
